The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Working Student to join our team as an ESG Solution specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our (Senior-) ESG Experts in the building and commercialization of our ESG Software Solution. Your main tasks will include building demo databases and reports, assisting in product management, and keeping pace with market trends. You will help to drive the ESG topic within our organization, training colleagues and partners, and serving as a contact person for customer-facing departments such as sales, consulting, and marketing. Additionally, you will create ESG content for all stakeholders and support customers with any special ESG questions they may have.

What you'll do

• Drive the ESG topic within our organization, advocating for its importance and potential
• Build demo databases and reports to showcase the capabilities of our ESG Software Solution
• Assist in product management, including gathering customer requirements and providing feedback
• Keep pace with market trends and identify new opportunities within the ESG space
• Train colleagues and partners on ESG reporting and best practices
• Serve as a contact person for customer-facing departments, providing guidance on ESG topics
• Create high-quality ESG content for a variety of stakeholders, including investors, clients, and employees
• Support customers with special ESG questions, providing expert advice and guidance

What you bring to the table

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration or Sustainability Management or relatable studies
• A high software affinity and familiarity with databases, data analytics, and reporting software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts
• Appetite for sustainability topics and passion for as well as knowledge of environmental, social, and governance issues
• Understanding of business principles and concepts
• Fluent in German and English
