What you'll do
- Supporting Account Managers in the context of in their daily tasks, including managing client relationships
- Assisting the management of client contracts in Salesforce
- Preparing and follow up on sales documents and being co-responsible for maintaining customer data
- Collaborating with internal teams, from the sales division, Customer Success, Channel and marketing
- Participating in client meetings and calls, taking notes for follow ups and the corresponding appointment coordination
- Continuously learning about SaaS- environment and the company's products
What you bring to the table
- You are studying business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience from other student jobs or internships.
- Experience in working with CRM systems and master data maintenance is a plus.
- You are experienced in using the entire MS Office suite, especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and have a general high affinity for software.
- You have very good communication skills in German and English.
