The Role

Our Customer Support is responsible for helping customers, partners, and colleagues with any questions around our software. We are looking for like-minded people with previous experience in technical 1st and 2nd level support. At LucaNet, we are a diverse team with diverse experiences and background. What you'll do

  • You will work in 1st and 2nd level support via phone, email and remote focusing on data imports from different interfaces into the LucaNet Financial Warehouse as well as from the warehouse into company codes.
  • You will support connection problems and server values and create articles for the knowledge database as well as internal team training.
  • You will support the onboarding process for our new colleagues and manage special topics like process adjustments and the ticket system.

What you bring to the table

  • You a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, across German & English - ESSENTIAL
  • Analytical thinking - ability to find the root cause of the customer issue & find a solution
  • Collaborative - open to sharing ideas with the team & helping others out when needed
  • Reliability, diligence & work ethic - you should to be willing to work until a customer issue is resolved
  • Quick learner - you are quick to grasp new topics and have a high willingness to learn
  • You have practical experience and knowledge of the standard applications within Microsoft Office; experience with Linux and macOS is an advantage.
  • Subject knowledge: Technical - you are comfortable with databases, scripts & networks (e.g. MS-SQL / Oracle) - DESIRABLE
  • We are also open to applicants from a customer service / call centre background that are looking for an opportunity to gain progression with their career
