The Role
Our Customer Support is responsible for helping customers, partners, and colleagues with any questions around our software. We are looking for like-minded people with previous experience in technical 1st and 2nd level support. At LucaNet, we are a diverse team with diverse experiences and background. What you'll do
- You will work in 1st and 2nd level support via phone, email and remote focusing on data imports from different interfaces into LucaNet.Financial Warehouse as well as from the warehouse into company codes OR LucaNet.Financial Warehouse and vice versa.
- You will support connection problems and server values and create articles for the knowledge database as well as internal team trainings.
- You will support the onboarding process for our new colleagues and manage special topics like process adjustments and the ticket system.
What you bring to the table
- You have completed training in an IT profession, a comparable qualification or you want to change your career and have ideally already gained first professional experience in the technical support.
- You have practical experience and knowledge of the standard applications Microsoft Office; experience with Linux and macOS is an advantage.
- You have an independent way of working as well as a quick grasp and a high willingness to learn.
- You are fluent in German and bring good communication skills in English.
