What you'll do
- The focus of your job is the installation, configuration, administration and error analysis of our LucaNet software at employees, partners and customers.
- Among other things, you will be responsible for the technical support to project managers and the IT department during Technical Kick-Off meetings with new customers as well as for Proof of Concepts.
- The tasks are diverse and varied, we try to deploy you where you can best contribute with your skills, knowledge and experience. Whether in network topics, SQL and database systems or in internal knowledge management.
What you bring to the table
- You have completed training in an IT profession or have a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in technical support or operational services.
- You have good knowledge of SQL queries and database systems and very good knowledge of the standard applications of Microsoft Office.
- You have practical experience in working with Windows server and client environments, and you are no stranger to common network topologies.
- Achieving success together is just as natural for you as working independently and a high willingness to learn.
- You also have a high level of customer and service orientation.
- You are fluent in German and bring good communication skills in English.
