The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the customer marketing function, including customer segmentation, retention, and cross-selling/up-selling programs.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to support the company's goals and objectives, including go-to-market plans, product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead the development of product launch plans and ensure effective cross-functional coordination across teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product team to develop sales enablement tools and materials, including sales presentations, product demos, and training materials.
  • Manage the customer marketing function, including customer segmentation, retention, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, events) to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • You work remotely and/or at one of our locations in Germany.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in leading a team and manage cross-functional teams to achieve overall strategy goals.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans, product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience managing customer marketing functions, including customer segmentation, retention, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
