The Role

We're looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join our Marketing Team to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword research. Your objective will be to ensure our content is search engine friendly and effectively optimized while following brand voice requirements.

What you'll do

• You will build and execute a global (On- and- Off-Page) SEO strategy for multiple websites.
• Conceptualize and orchestrate the development of our international websites in hand with our content team and Junior SEO manager.
• Manage external agencies and other service providers with extended resources.
• Lead the backlink strategy and execution.
• Proactively identify technical site improvements and execute efficiently
• You will monitor the evolution of the SEO KPIs across all major search channels for our different websites and report internally.

What you bring to the table

• You have 3 years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO strategies (On- and off-page), preferably for international B2B businesses.
• You have extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and are passionate about staying on top of news and trends in SEO and Online Marketing.
• You are experienced in working with several SEO and analytics tools (E.g.: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Sistrix, etc.)
• You have analytical skills and a data-driven growth mindset.
• You possess very good English skills (written and verbal).
• Any additional languages (e.g. German, French or Spanish) would be a plus.
