The Role

As our (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across various channels such as paid search, social media, and more. You'll be responsible for driving business results and improving the customer experience through innovative campaign ideas and optimisation. In this role, you'll have the chance to work on exciting projects and lead experimentation to help shape our marketing direction, whilst mentoring and developing performance marketing team members. This role will utilise your creative and analytical skills and whilst working with cutting-edge marketing automation tools and platforms.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and video channels. This will include developing launch strategies, optimizing performance, implementing effective retargeting efforts, and proactively formulate concrete improvements in the day-to-day reporting

  • Distribute media budgets based on our full funnel (Oppos, Wins, Revenue) and identify opportunities for expansion & scaling new and existing performance marketing channel

  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders including our Brand, Content & Creation, MarTech and the Sales team to support the improvement of the customer experience across the full funnel

  • Lead rapid experimentation (A/B testing) of new channels, new campaign, objective, creative / format, landing pages, ad copy, and more and reports regularly on it

  • Use project management tools to lead the creation, organization, and planning of the campaigns, track progress and further optimize its usage and structure

  • Develop, present and execute go-to-market performance strategies with an ability to combine product specific and digital marketing know-how

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance targets for leads generated by marketing campaigns or pro-actively come up with solution to solve/fix

  • Proactively leverage analytic and creative skills to autonomously identify and solve performance marketing challenges

  • Guide and mentor performance marketing managers to help them reach their full potential

  • Conduct and facilitate brainstorming sessions, meetings, and discussions with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and consensus-building

What you bring to the table

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to develop insights and optimize campaigns

  • Proven track record of driving business results through paid search and paid social campaigns

  • Experience with social channels such as LinkedIn

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams including creative, product, and data/analytics

  • Experience managing and mentoring performance marketing team members

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as other performance marketing tools and platforms
