Job Description

The Role

As our (Senior) Marketing Analytics and Intelligence Manager(all genders), you will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data from various marketing channels and creating insights to optimize our marketing strategies. In addition to working closely with our global marketing teams, you will collaborate with our BI and finance teams to ensure that our marketing data is effectively integrated into our BI platform and available in real-time, and that our marketing expenses are in line with budgets and business goals. You will make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and also manage and maintain our marketing databases to ensure that our data quality is at the highest level.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement marketing reporting frameworks.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate the creation of dashboards.
  • Own the end-to-end data pipelines for marketing sources and validate all relevant data.
  • Draw conclusions from data and translate them into meaningful actions.
  • Work closely with our Finance, BI, Sales and Marketing teams to further develop and align our business reporting and data landscape.
  • Manage our web tracking and analytics infrastructure (e.g.: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)
  • Develop strategies regarding better performance measurement (e.g.: privacy regulations, cookie changes, attribution)
  • Build a consistent marketing data landscape across different tools, channels, and teams.

What you bring to the table

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing data and analytics in a B2B environment.
  • You have a great understanding of marketing data, marketing attribution and KPIs in a B2B SaaS context (e.g. Cohort and Funnel Analysis)
  • You are experienced in data analysis and reporting using appropriate tools and methods (SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.)
  • You are experienced in data modelling (Translating raw data to insights).
  • Experience in managing web analytics and tracking environments using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • You are business fluent in English, which enables you to communicate confidently with our international teams and stakeholders.
  • You have successfully managed and completed complex projects.
  • You have a high attention to detail, stellar analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
