The Role

Join our event team and organize internal and external events at LucaNet. An exciting variety of digital update formats, team events, customer events and our big company events - more than 100 events per year - awaits you.

What you'll do

  • Take over various events from first conception to final execution - from internal team events, to monthly company meetings to external formats for our customers and partners for up to 1000 people (live, virtual & hybrid).
  • Take on responsibility for project management and coordination with internal stakeholders and coordinate external service providers that support our events.
  • Be hands on and thus responsible for all related administrative activities, from obtaining quotations, checking invoices and budgets to guest management.
  • Create new community & event formats to strengthen the LucaNet community bridging the gap of connecting our teams across the globe but considering local needs with a “hybrid first” approach.
  • You will take leadership responsibility for one other person on the event team (junior/working student).

What you bring to the table

  • Completed professional training or studies in marketing, event management, tourism or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the conceptualization and execution of events with 200-1000 people (preferably B2B events).
  • As an organizational talent with extraordinary quality standards, you have a structured and timely approach to work, attention to detail and enthusiasm to see the big picture.
  • Experienced in using digital event platforms and up to date in recent event and people experience formats.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the local Berlin event industry.
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a high level of creativity & attention to detail.
  • With your ability to grasp things quickly, you are willing to familiarize yourself with complex request and can multitask and prioritize any tasks and issues along the way.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
