(Senior) Customer Marketing Manager (all genders)

Job Description

The Role

As Customer Marketing Manager, your role is to strengthen customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by improving the customer experience across the entire customer journey. You will ensure that our customers have a truly unique and valuable communication experience across all customer marketing channels. You will leverage existing data sources, surveys and the resulting information about our customers to drive growth. Together with the Customer Success Team you identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth through appropriate marketing measures such as mailings and campaigns.

What you'll do

  • You are in charge for planning and executing our global customer marketing strategy

  • You conceptualize and implement global cross- and upselling campaigns and help our Country Marketing Managers to scale their local campaigns

  • You oversee customer mailings and the strategic further development of our email marketing channel

  • You are data-driven and measure the success of your campaigns

  • You are responsible for building a community of brand advocates and the generation of customer success stories and reviews

  • You coordinate the publication of customer-specific documents together with copywriters, consultants and other customer-facing teams

  • You are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our customer portal

  • You are in constant communication with our Customer Success Team

What you bring to the table

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant disciplines

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Marketing

  • Experience in B2B/ SaaS background is a plus

  • Experience in marketing automation tools & CRM would be beneficial

  • You are a service-oriented team player who inspires internal and external stakeholders with an entrepreneurial mindset but also with a practical hands-on mentality

  • The ability to write effective copy is a necessity

  • You have proven to be self-organized, proactive, and quality-conscious

  • You are business fluent in English, which enables you to communicate confidently with our international teams.
