Job Description

The Role

You will build up and develop partnerships with the best services and a strong focus on the DACH market. While representing a key global function within the global channel department and acting as peer to international teams, taking in new ways of (remote) working and leading and gearing up together to aim for global partner success. You will also support the development of strategies and business models for indirect sales, partner acquisition, partner onboarding, partner enablement (training, certification), partner GTM (marketing, sales, implementation) and partner networking.

What you'll do

  • Identify and acquire new partners and build up a partner network.
  • Manage the relationships of our partners and ensure the transfer of knowledge and know-how to our partners by working closely with our regional and country sales roles.
  • Support and develop our existing partners and assist them in the end-to-end GTM (from marketing to sales enablement to customer excellence) process.
  • Support the development of strategies and business models for indirect sales, partner acquisition and partner enablement.
  • Ensure channel partners compliance with agreements and standard best practice.
  • Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally / externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Receive professional on-the-job training and work at one of our locations or remote.

What you bring to the table

  • Experience in sales, strategic business development, consulting, or partner management, preferably from a B2B SaaS / software company and / or in an international context.
  • Ability to understand channel business cases and priorities.
  • Organizational skills, capable of handling tactical strategies while not losing sight of long-term strategic goals.
  • Communication talent with intercultural skills and networking skills with a strong service mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical & communication skills in English – additional languages are a plus.
  • Independent and goal-oriented work style.
