Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements. You will also provide ongoing support and training to users, while ensuring data integrity and collaborating with stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Configure and customize Salesforce using point-and-click tools and declarative features
- Create and manage fields, objects, workflows, process builders and automation rules
- Implement security measures and manage user profiles, roles and sharing settings
- Import, export, and maintain data integrity and cleanliness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and accuracy
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user-related technical problems
- Train and educating users on Salesforce features, best practices, and process workflows
- Conduct system maintenance and manage updates, patches, and upgrades
- Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems
What you bring to the table
- Strong technical skills and deep understanding of Salesforce
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Knowledge of Salesforce Setup, Visual Workflow, and Process Builder
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to address business requirements and user issues effectively
- Salesforce Certifications preferred
