Specialist Operations / Order Management (all genders)

Job Description

The Role

As part of our Order Management team, you will be the contact person for our customers and partners. In an agile and interdisciplinary environment, you will work closely with various departments to ensure a successful order processing and contract management for the entire LucaNet Group.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process
  • Telephone and email support on contracts, licensing models and other relevant topics
  • Invoicing for products and services
  • Processing of complaints
  • Participation in the implementation of internationally standardized processes
  • Maintenance and documentation of customer and contract data in Salesforce

What you bring to the table

  • Apprenticeship in a commercial field or comparable training
  • Ideally, first professional experience in order processing or inside sales
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Good communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation
  • Organizational skills, motivation and openness to further development
  • Team-oriented, committed and reliable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
