The Role
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and creative Software Developer to join us here at LucaNet. If you have a strong interest in software development and are eager to gain hands-on experience in an exciting new role, we’d like to meet you! You will collaborate with our team of passionate and committed developers to design and build software suitable for our users’ needs. You will have the chance to make a direct impact on our product as we embark on our journey to become a state-of-the-art SaaS provider for our clients.

What you'll do
- Participate in software design and code reviews
- Technical planning and development of Java-based software solutions or prototypes
- Work in an agile and adaptable cross-functional team to write quality code and units tests
- Stay up to date and contribute your knowledge through regular meetups and tech talks
- Bring in your own ideas for continuous improvement of software development processes
What you bring to the table
- Solid knowledge and experience in the development of Java projects; Ideally, you have worked with Java11 or newer
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Familiar with working in a software team and have experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) or have already completed projects on Github
- Experience working with Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking
- Very good oral and written English communication skills
