The Role

Are you a skilled and motivated IT professional with a passion for infrastructure and cloud technologies? Do you have experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions that support our business growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team and manage our network and firewall infrastructure, virtualization infrastructure and hybrid Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You will be responsible for all the technical operations and the company-wide IT architecture, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance in collaboration with our ISMS team. You will also be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is constantly looking for ways to leverage the cloud and transform our existing IT infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design, implement and maintain our network and firewall infrastructure (Cisco, Sophos, FortiGate), virtualization infrastructure (VMware, HyperV) and hybrid Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
• Ensure the reliability, security and performance of our IT infrastructure and adhere to the best practices of change management
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, GPOs and Intune policies
• Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders and external partners on IT projects and initiatives
• Drive digital transformations, cloud security, data center and project management

What you bring to the table

• A degree in business informatics or another relevant apprenticeship with focus on IT infrastructure
• A few years of professional experience in the implementation and support of IT architectures
• Experience in working with network and firewall technologies, preferably with Cisco Meraki, Sophos, FortiGate
• Experience in working with cloud or hybrid cloud environment, ideally in Azure
• Experience in working with Data Protection Manager, Veeam and Atlassian applications is a plus
• Strong communication skills for internal and external communication
• Self-starter and problem-solver with a strong delivery focus
• Good English skills round off your profile.
