The Role
We are looking for a People Manager/HR Business Partner who is seeking for a role with high responsibility and the chance to support in strategic people projects.

What you'll do
- You support and advise the employees and managers of several teams on all personnel-related topics.
- You advise the managers in successfully fulfilling team lead responsibilities and accompany them in strategic and personnel change processes.
- You ensure that all operational and administrative HR processes and measures run smoothly in the teams you support.
- You will work closely with other People Managers on different people projects with a focus on labor law, employee retention and development.
- You advise both managers and employees on development opportunities on an organizational and personal level.
What you bring to the table
- You have successfully completed your studies and have gained professional experience in the field of human resources already.
- You have good communication and networking skills that allow you to get in touch with our international colleagues and partners as well as like-minded HR professionals.
- You are familiar with current HR trends and can translate them into new concepts and strategies.
- You have a growth mindset - you are willing to learn quickly, move things forward and go the extra mile together as a team.
- You have a high level of organizational talent, service orientation and quality awareness and are familiar with relevant programs and tools.
- You have experience of salary benchmarking and managing compensation review processes.
- You work pragmatically, responsibly, and like to contribute ideas.
- Very good communication skills in English, with 2nd language such as German, Spanish, Dutch or French being beneficial.
