The Role

​Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, the Talent Enablement Manager drives operational excellence through HR programs, products and platforms. This is an individual contributor role, working very closely with the Talent Relations Manager, which will focus 50% on talent acquisition topics and 50% on supporting other people & organization strategy teams. In this position, you’ll challenge current talent paradigms while creating innovative solutions that support the culture and philosophies that make our company unique and competitive. What you'll do

  • Own the design, documentation, testing, configuration, maintenance, administration, and adoption of HR & Legal systems
  • Mine, map, design and document HR & legal processes, compliance and own data privacy for the talent team
  • Coordinate the identification, evaluation, and selection of vendors together with Legal, ISM and IT
  • Manage various talent, HR & legal project initiatives
  • Provide operational & administrative support
  • Partner with the Talent Relations Manager to drive operational excellence throughout the function
  • Act as the bridge between the talent team and the other teams within the People, Organization & Legal function

What you bring to the table

  • First HR experience, ideally in talent acquisition, HR projects or HRIS
  • Project & process management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with HR technology, system configuration experience is a plus
  • Excellent organization & MS Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
