Job Description

The Role

As our Marketing Specialist for the DACH region, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing activities, with a particular focus on events and webinars. While you will receive support from our Event Team for organizing events, the marketing perspective falls within your purview. The successful candidate will create unique and creative event concepts, manage partnerships with sales and third-party speakers, and ensure that each event aligns with the integrated marketing campaign themes.

What you'll do

  • You are responsible researching and creation of events and webinars in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). Our event team will support you with the organisational aspects.
  • You adopt global concepts, create unique country specific concepts and combine your creative and analytical mindset to achieve our targets.
  • You are responsible for creative event concepts to stand out the competition and get maximum attention at 3rd party industry events and ensure that each event and webinar fit into our integrated campaign themes and support the customer journey of each participant.
  • You will write and edit marketing copy in German, with a particular focus on crafting compelling copy for webinars and events (e.g. E-Mail, Social, Ads).
  • You are in constant exchange with our Sales, Content, Demand Generation teams and Product Marketing to coordinate topics, promotion and keep track of marketing impact on the sales pipeline.
  • You will measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • You are constantly benchmarking the effect of your activities and plan your budget accordingly.
  • You can carry out your tasks fully remotely in Germany or in one of our offices.

What you bring to the table

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant disciplines.
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in B2B Marketing, especially in organizing events and optimizing webinars (tech/SaaS/finance background is a plus).
  • You are experienced in marketing automation tools. CRM is a bonus.
  • You have excellent writing capabilities in English and German, especially for creating compelling (ad) copies, Newsletters, Blog Posts or Social Media posts.
  • You are well experienced in managing relationships with industry partners and customers.
  • You are KPI driven, experienced in working with OKRs and focus on the ROI of your activities.
  • You see yourself as growth hacker who is intrinsically curious and motivated to learn.
  • You have proven to be a solid multitasker, self-organized, proactive, and quality-conscious.
  • You have business fluent German and fluent English skills. Other languages are in Plus.
