The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be the key driver in bringing our development teams together and running our SaaS-Product in AWS. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset will be essential to smooth the path for development to release, build, & maintain a modern and state of the art SaaS-Platform.

What you'll do

• Responsible for maintaining and simplifying the automation of our infrastructure
• Manage, maintain, change, and build a top of the art SaaS-Environment evolving with our Product
• Constantly improve the processes and control pane, like monitoring and bringing in your own experience and ideas
• Together with your team, you will build the foundations for several thousand cloud instances

What you bring to the table

• Completed a degree in computer science or a comparable course of study and have already gained several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Knowledge about operating a SaaS-Product at a Cloud Service Provider like AWS
• Experience in operating & monitoring Linux systems as well as building Images for production usage is a plus
• Experience with the container or serverless operations at AWS is a plus
• Having worked with change-, update- and release management is mandatory
• Knowledge about CI/CD environments and a wide variety of authentication mechanisms and automation methods
• Good handling skills with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Very good English and communication skills
