Job Description
The Role
In this client-facing position, you'll work closely with our customers to provide technical guidance and support as they adopt our finance systems. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful implementations, transferring your functional and technical knowledge to enable self-sufficient use of our solutions. You'll join our collaborative group of experts to help clients achieve their goals through effective use of our finance systems. We're looking for passionate consultants who couple technical prowess with a customer-focused mindset.

What you'll do
- Implement LucaNet software solutions for new and existing customers
- Onboard and guiding new customers through successful deployment
- Provide ongoing support and expertise to current customers
- Share knowledge and best practices across the team
- Collaborate with and mentor junior team members
- Drive adoption of best practices and optimised processes
- Ensure smooth and effective software implementations
- Help shape successful customer outcomes through your experience
What you bring to the table
Native/bilingual in Dutch and a strong command of English are essential for this client-facing role, as proficiency in both languages is critical for communicating effectively and building strong relationships with our largely Dutch customer base. The ability to easily switch between Dutch and English is key to being successful in this multifaceted role
Good SQL knowledge equips you with more flexibility and capabilities to serve customers at a technical level that their own teams may lack and enables you to deliver higher-value services
Basic code literacy allows you to better grasp and evaluate systems you’ll work with, contributing to successful outcomes for customers. Even basic skills will help to significantly boost your understanding
Microsoft Office expertise allows you to more efficiently analyse, communicate, collaborate, and provide deliverables using the standard tools our customers are already familiar with
A basic grasp of accounting will help you to evaluate solutions and communicate with stakeholders. Having familiarity with core concepts and practices can meaningfully inform your perspective and advice
