The Role
Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a keen eye for improving processes and solutions? As a Business Analyst at LucaNet, you will play a pivotal role in identifying areas of improvement, crafting Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders and the Salesforce team to drive implementation and evaluation.

What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and fully comprehend business objectives
- Analyze business needs and processes, contributing to the design of efficient Salesforce workflows for various departments
- Educate and train users on Salesforce features, best practices, and process workflows
- Keep yourself up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and assess their impact on existing configurations
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems
- Dive in hands-on by configuring, customizing, managing fields, objects, workflows, process builders, and automation rules
- Maintain system documentation, including design specifications and user documentation
- Translate business needs and user requirements into well-defined user stories and product backlogs
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team focuses on the most valuable features and improvements
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing our products
What you bring to the table
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Exhibit outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Effectively grasp and address business requirements and user challenges
- Typically holds a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, are a plus
