Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an Application Administrator who thrives in supporting business-critical applications, including our ERP system (Business Central). As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise to include other essential applications such as Atlassian products. As our Application Administrator, you will not only handle inquiries but also play a pivotal role in driving projects and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
What you'll do
- Administer responsible applications, including ERP (Business Central) and Atlassian products
- Be the first point of contact for inquiries from all employees regarding these applications
- Document systems, tools, and processes for future reference and training
- Manage licenses for related software and tools
- Contribute to projects involving CRM and ERP software and tools
- Implement application projects within defined scopes
- Oversee and control all involved service providers to ensure system performance
What you bring to the table
- Experience in administration of Business Central and Atlassian products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle user inquiries effectively
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent documentation skills
- Project experience related to CRM and ERP software is a plus
- Proactive and driven attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
