What you'll do

• Data modelling to provide business centric datasets and enable data-driven decision-making in the company
• Own our existing data pipelines and develop / improve data infrastructure
• Complete ownership of projects, starting from requirement gathering to building models and reporting
• Be the internal consultant for stakeholders to provide guidance on data insights
• Ensuring the data is of highest quality by implementing the required checks and balances
• Tech stack: Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt cloud, AWS

What you bring to the table

• At least 3 years of experience of in a data role as Data analyst / Analytics Engineer / Data Engineer
• Advanced SQL skills - ability to translate business use cases considering the underlying data and understanding the downstream use cases
• Expertise in Python based scripting to transform raw data and derive business insights
• Excellent data modeling knowledge – creating scalable data models from raw data generated by diverse sources. dbt experience is a plus.
• Experience in working with data exploration and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or a similar visualization tool
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehouse like Snowflake or a similar cloud-based solution
• You can communicate complex topics with technical and non-technical users in simple language
