🙌 The role

Marketing at Learnerbly

Learnerbly is seeking an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our rockstar marketing team to help us take our marketing operations to new heights.

Our Senior Demand Marketer will plan, build and run inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline growth.

Reporting into Elena Bersadschi, our Head of Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the marketing team, our process and marketing strategy as we prepare for our next stage of growth!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and establish our demand generation strategy focused on generating MQLs, SQLs and inbound calls from our desired ICP audience.
  • Work closely with our performance marketing freelancer to strategies and run performance marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social and programmatic) to generate leads and help their conversion through the funnel.
  • Work closely with our content marketeer to repurpose and distribute the content we create to make sure that we have multiple touch points with our target audience.
  • Take ownership of media budgeting, performance forecasting, measurement and reporting.
  • Analyse the performance of our demand generation campaigns across all channels and offer strategic and tactical growth optimisation guidance to meet pipeline targets.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies and determining the best partners to support demand generation efforts.
  • Determine go-to-market teams on the most effective creative strategies, formats, and customer journeys to develop top-tier lead and nurture campaigns.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to define tactics to generate leads for various campaign types, including webinars, events, white-papers, gated content, and case studies.
  • Leverage audience insights by persona, title, segment, region, and channel to enhance cost efficiencies in terms of lead, MQL, SQL, and customer acquisition.
  • Bring a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in Account-Based Marketing to the table.

🧩 This role will be a great fit if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in leading demand generation initiatives.
  • Expertise in content distribution through both paid and non-paid channels, with a primary focus on MQL and SQL generation
  • Expertise in planning integrated funnel demand generation campaigns spanning across multiple channels (paid digital, organic, community etc) and formats (video content, white-papers, case studies, webinars, events, research, sales enablement and others)
  • Track record of successfully working in cross-functional teams, namely sales, product and customer success
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience testing hypothesis quickly to learn and advance our overall marketing strategy
  • Commercial mindset and ability to establish the right processes and frameworks when working with the sales teams
  • Experience working with and maximising B2B Martech tools including Hubspot and Outreach
  • Have prior experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with a preference for experience working in SaaS
