Flexa Careers | Flexible Workplaces Offering Freedom & Choice

Although our hours are in theory set as 9-6 there is a huge amount of flexibility in when we actually work. For example, I am completing a masters outside of work, the teaching hours are on Tuesday afternoons and Learnerbly have been super supportive in letting me be offline at this time (provided I make the hours up throughout the week and my performance isn't affected). We're a remote first company so there's no mandate to go into the office, I happen to like going in so go in all the time but it's in no way enforced. We're also able to work remotely which has been wonderful; I can visit friends in various European cities and also work whilst I'm there! All this flexibility means I'm happy in my work :)

Despite being satisfied with the work-life balance, I would love to see a four day work week introduced at Learnerbly, I think the benefits far outweigh any negatives associated with this form of working.

What I love most is learning is at the heart of what we do. Unlimited time off for learning is a thing! We are actively encouraged to take the time to learn, practice and experiment.

I'm also very grateful for things like winter hours or summer Fridays and the support that is given to bring your authentic self to work - there's no stigmatism around mental health here.

Learnerbly is by far the most flexible place I’ve worked as an engineer. I am able to do my best work when it’s best for me.

Learnerbly is a fantastic place to work 11/10. I would say it's not for faint-hearted, but if you're willing to get stuck in - you will love it. I can see myself staying at Learnerbly for the foreseeable future. We have some great benefits like free therapy and health cash plan.

Very mature approach to flexible working, staff are trusted to manage their working hours, i can only speak for myself but i am much more likely to be flexible when the company need me to be to repay that trust.

The ability to work anywhere in the world without changing of contract. Also, maybe an office hub so all of us can meet in that particular place.

So far my time at Learnerbly has been great. The company really walks the walk when it comes to flexible working, and has invested more than I have seen with previous companies that I have worked at in the people experience - it is very much a culture-driven organisation, rather than building a culture for a marketing perspective that doesn't align with reality.

Working at Learnerbly has opened my eyes to a different, healthy, and supportive way of corporate working.
