Are you a qualified or part qualified accountant with Lloyd’s market insurance experience and a good understanding of SOX compliance and risk management principles & practices? If so, this deadline driven role will suit you if you have an operational mindset, and you’re an analytical thinker who is able to interpret large volumes of information to board and executive committee level.
What you will be working on
This role involves maintaining the Internal Control Framework for Ki, managing the control platform, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. The role holder monitors key financial processes and wider risks and controls related to Ki Finance Management’s responsibilities and general operations. The primary responsibility is to ensure annual SOX compliance, working with the Brit Internal Control team to manage the SOX program, including planning, testing, remediation, and reporting. You’ll also participate in special reviews, change initiatives, and share core responsibilities such as system & control management and regular reporting.
