Ki’s Head of Capital & Corporate Finance will be responsible for Ki’s capital structuring, including setting strategy, planning and forecasting Ki’s capital requirements. The role requires significant external engagement with investors, third party advisors and banks to deliver the best capital structure to meet Ki’s evolving needs. The role holder will also oversee Ki’s Treasury activities. The role reports to the Commercial Director and is a member of Ki’s Commercial Team, which includes Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Investments and Business Partnerships & Strategy.

The role holder will be a member of the Ki’s Senior Leadership Team, leading in their area of expertise while contributing beyond their areas of specialism to the overall business leadership. The role holder will bring alive the Ki Values in their ways of working and play a role in the ongoing development of the Ki culture.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Capital & Corporate Finance to lead Ki's capital structuring efforts, ensuring the development of a sound strategy and forecasting the capital requirements of our business. The role requires significant external engagement with investors, third-party advisors, and banks to deliver the optimal capital structure to meet Ki's evolving needs. Additionally, you will oversee Ki's Treasury activities, ensuring effective cash management and liquidity.

As a key member of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping Ki's financial future and driving our growth agenda. Your expertise will extend beyond your specific domain, contributing to the overall business leadership and embodying our Ki Values in your work.
