The role

The ERM Analyst will provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to support the team’s objectives, in particular:

• Identification, measurement, and management of Ki’s exposure to risk, and communication of this to management and the Board in line with the Risk Management Framework
• Delivery of the Internal Model validation, Own Risk & Solvency Assessment, and other relevant requirements under Solvency II
• The development and execution of Ki’s strategy, with a focus on risk and quantitative analysis, for example analysis of the Ki algorithm

You’ll support the development and embedding of fit for purpose enterprise-wide risk management, calculate risk metrics, support the delivery of reports to the Risk Committees. You’ll also carry out analysis of the Ki’s underwriting portfolio and outwards reinsurance programme to support the development of the underwriting strategy.
