⚙️ THE KEY BITS
- Whereabouts: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, Spain or Latvia.- Interviews: 4 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2-3 weeks.- Reporting to: Richard Mabey, CEO- Start date: Our preference is for a start date around March/April. Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word and DocuSign as the default way to agree contracts online. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.
⚔️ THE CHALLENGE
We have 6 cross-functional product teams today (which you might know as pods, tribes, etc.). Each team is comprised of engineers, engineering team leads and product designers. Our 3 Product Managers provide support to all of them.
As our product has matured, we plan to build out our product management team in 2023 to provided dedicated 1-1 support support for each of the team.
👉 WHERE YOU COME IN
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of our product pillars. We’re looking for someone who:- comes from a strong and stage-relevant B2B SaaS background- can autonomously create a vision for their product area and prioritise deliverables to make it come true- is a clear, concise communicator to internal and external stakeholders

Inputs to this are: - Solid research / understanding of customers (#LoveTheDetails)- Good collaboration with GTM teams to get these measures (#BeMoreHuman)- Creative problem-solving (lowest common denominator to solve the problem with the least amount of work) (#KeepItSimple)

📬 THIS MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF
- You have worked in VC-backed, stage-relevant B2B SaaS (ca. $10-50m revenue) for at least the last 18+ months.- You owned a whole product or workflows (vs owning just a feature).- You have deeply investigated and prioritised the deliverables for your product/workflow by: - using multiple data sources to validate your investigation (e.g. by talking to customers, gathering user data, etc.). - documenting those deliverables clearly and concisely for anyone to follow.- You are a clear, concise communicator to internal and external stakeholders.
