🤝 HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE MORE
Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word as the standard way to do contracts. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.
Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.

⚔️ The challenge:As our product offering has grown, we have put an increasing focus on integrations.
Contracts are the lifeblood of a company so, like the arteries of the body, they connect to the rest of the business — like CRM tools (for commercial contracts) or applicant tracking systems (for employment contracts).
Until now, the members of our Product Design team have partially supported our Integrations team. With the increased focus on integrations, we now have enough workload for someone dedicated to this team.
👉 Where you come in:To solve this, we are looking for a product designer with a UX-focused knowledge stack, engineering mindset and research thinking to lead the design efforts for our Integrations team.
As the product designer for integrations, you will create intuitive and seamless experiences that enable Juro users to easily connect and use our integrations internally or in other services (HubSpot, Salesforce etc).

🌠 YOUR MISSION
To create a great integrations experience between Juro and external platforms by (1) automating and creating new flows and (2) creating a design system for it.
🏆 Success for you means:- Minimal manual work and requests for the Customer Success and Support teams on integrations- We have mapped-out integration flows and solutions on how to improve them- Our Juro product design system is updated for integrations
🪴 Day-to-day, that means:- Work closely with our Product Manager and engineers for the Integrations team to define design requirements, understand the user journey, map flows and develop user-centred solutions for Juro integrations - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to communicate design concepts- Validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability across all product integrations- Daily collaboration and brainstorming with our Product Manager for the Integrations team
🌱 Your progression with Juro:We have a career framework for progression at Juro and will offer support for whichever route suits you best in your future. If you start at Juro as IC3, the direct next step would be to Senior Product Designer (IC4).

📬 WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF...
🌈 Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
- You have worked with API integrations or similar technical projects with engineers.- You have designed and shipped integrations in a scaling B2B SaaS company (ca. Series B to E) for the last 18 months or more.- You have explored CRM functionality and user behaviour within CRMs in the past.- You have worked in a zero-knowledge environment where you needed to field requirements and context from scratch to create problem statements and solutions.- You have great UX skills (yes, we know this sounds old-fashioned but it is important to succeed in this role when you start).- You worked on a daily basis with design systems and tools like Figma since the start of your product design career.- You can share at least 2 case studies that demonstrate your product thinking and problem-solving skills (we will ask you to upload at least one with your application).

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Juro provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Juro is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.
