Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word and DocuSign as the default way to agree contracts online. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.
Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.

Our approach has always been simple: hire great people, then enable those people to do impactful work sustainably. In 2022/3, our ambition is to ensure Juro remains the most compelling place to grow your career by building a high-performing and resilient team.
Juro is a people-first company. That means we put people first above all other stakeholders (customers and shareholders). Our work to date has paid off, most notably by being voted #1 startup with a UK presence to work for in 2022. We want to live up to that title as we move through the scale-up phase.
⚔️ The challenge:Our work in the People team is divided into two parts:- Business-as-usual work, or BAUs (e.g. onboarding process, performance review cycles, recurring engagement surveys)- Projects to help Juro scale, or OKRs (short for objectives and key results; e.g. designing a hybrid work policy)
We capture both on our (not public) People roadmap. Right now, Thomas (Snr Director of People & Talent) and Abby (Snr People Partner) are responsible for deciding what goes on the roadmap (strategy) as well as doing the tactical work of designing, implementing and measuring success (execution).
👉 Where you come in:As the company has grown, so has the quantity and complexity of the work. Thomas and Abby are increasingly context-switching between strategic and tactical work, OKRs and BAUs.
Over time, this will make it harder for the People team to innovate and deliver on time/quality. To solve this proactively, we’re looking for a People Generalist to support the team with execution of our BAU processes and OKR projects. By doing this, you’ll do your part in helping the People & Talent function at Juro build a high-performing and resilient team.

🌈 Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
You have worked in:- A role that’s either People/HR/admin — the classic —, or Marketing (events, demand gen) — you have an interest to make a horizontal move into people management but want to gain People skills first.- A scale-up (ca. 100-250 employees).- An organisational setup that operated distributed locations e.g. across Europe (ideally with a mix of subsidiaries and EOR models).
You approach work in a way that emphasises our values:- Teamability (#BeMoreHuman): You have worked well with others in your team to solve shared challenges.- Ingenuity (#StriveToDeliver): You have suggested new approaches or solutions to problems when given the opportunity.- Process management (#LoveTheDetails): You have owned and run well-defined processes with little supervision.- Communication (#KeepItSimple: Your grammar, tone of voice and interaction with others is concise, professional and friendly.
🍒 Bonus points if:- Brand-building (#BeMoreHuman): You have organised (or helped to organise) employer brand content, events or activities that represent Juro to the outside world.

Help the world agree more by making contracts frictionless, collaborative and accessible to everyone.
Businesses run on contracts. But it can take five separate tools just to agree one simple agreement. Switching between Word, eSignature and your inbox while you chase files creates admin for legal and friction for the business. And at a scaling business, there’s no time for contracts to block growth.
But what if your business could self-serve on contracts, while legal stays in control of contract process? That’s why we founded Juro: the all-in-one contract automation platform that helps legal counsel and the teams they enable to agree and manage contracts in one place.
Old-fashioned contract systems are built for handling static files. Juro’s flexible template editor makes it simple to create and collaborate on contracts in the browser, as well as integrate contracts into your other tools. Simple contracts are agreed faster, with better collaboration between teams. Put contracts on autopilot — so your business can focus on growth.
