Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.

⚔️ The challenge:Our work in the People team is divided into two parts:- Business-as-usual work, or BAUs (e.g. onboarding process, performance review cycles, recurring engagement surveys)- Projects to help Juro scale, or OKRs (short for objectives and key results; e.g. designing a hybrid work policy)
We capture both on our (not public) People roadmap. Right now, Thomas (Snr Director of People & Talent) and Abby (Snr People Partner) are responsible for deciding what goes on the roadmap (strategy) as well as doing the tactical work of designing, implementing and measuring success (execution).
👉 Where you come in:As the company has grown, so has the quantity and complexity of the work. Thomas and Abby are increasingly context-switching between strategic and tactical work, OKRs and BAUs.
Over time, this will make it harder for the People team to innovate and deliver on time/quality. To solve this proactively, we’re looking for a People Generalist to support the team with execution of our BAU processes and OKR projects. By doing this, you’ll do your part in helping the People & Talent function at Juro build a high-performing and resilient team.

You have worked in:- A role that’s either People/HR/admin — the classic —, or Marketing (events, demand gen) — you have an interest to make a horizontal move into people management but want to gain People skills first.- A scale-up (ca. 100-250 employees).- An organisational setup that operated distributed locations e.g. across Europe (ideally with a mix of subsidiaries and EOR models).
