THE KEY BITS
- Whereabouts: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located in the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands or Latvia.- Flexibility: We have office hubs in the UK and Latvia as well as no-office hubs in Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub.- Seniority: We are prioritising our search for someone equivalent to IC4 level in our career framework. We are also open to less senior profiles (IC3, or Senior Product Marketing Manager). If you like the look of the role but don’t think you’re quite at Lead PMM level, you can still apply.- Salary: We benchmarked ca.£70-85,000 + equity at IC4 level for someone based in the UK. We apply local benchmarks depending on which country you are based in, so the range may differ. If our range doesn’t match your expectations, let us know and we’re open to discussing.- Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 2.5 hours over 2-3 weeks.- Start date: Our preference is for a start date around August. Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word to become the default way to agree terms globally. That means rebuilding contracts from the ground-up around a browser-native experience. And we'll need a lot of help doing it.
Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. We're in a great position to lead the charge.
The challenge:Throughout 2022 and ‘23, the Marketing team have consistently refined our value proposition and market positioning.
Historically, ownership of product marketing was shared across our product and marketing teams. As the team matures, we are now looking for someone to become the prime owner of product marketing at Juro and help us execute on go-to-market strategy, product development and our sales strategy.
Where you come in:We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with full-stack experience from inception to launch in a fast-paced B2B SaaS scale-up.
You will initially be a member of the Product Team. You’ll be accountable for:- the market perspective across our full product development lifecycle- owning our go-to-market roadmap, and - acting as the glue between Product and other business teams.
Empower our Product Team to deliver a compelling market proposition, and support our Sales Team in driving sustainable growth.
Success for you means:1. Increase adoption of new features and successfully launch new product features2. Play an influential part in increasing expansion revenue3. Increase product usage across our customer base4. Develop and iterate our value prop and enable our sales teams to tell a differentiated narrative
Day-to-day, you will:- Lead end-to-end product launches, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to define go-to-market plans and marketing activation.- Understand target customers and buyer personas, shaping both Product and go-to-market strategy to address their needs.- Be the go-to person for Juro's competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to both Product and business teams.- Collaborate across all Product teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates our value proposition.- Create compelling product marketing plans and sales enablement materials for new and existing products/services.- Partner with all Product functions to shape product strategy based on market research and industry trends.- Foster a strong partnership with Sales, supporting them with effective sales enablement materials and product training sessions.- Analyse relevant data to inform recommendations and measure the success of and improve the initiatives you drive.
Your progression with Juro:We expect the next natural step for you will be to become a Product Marketing Manager Team Lead (MN1). If you are applying as an IC3 (Senior PMM, see table above), then the next step would be Lead PMM (IC4). On top of that:- You have 6+ years* of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS scale-up.- You have been accountable for product launches, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales.- You used market insights to drive product development and sales/marketing initiatives.- You have used common tools used across business teams (e.g. our stack is Notion, Linear, Miro, Figma, Pitch, SalesForce, etc.) and adapted to new tech as our needs change.- You briefed and coordinated with external agencies to develop internal and external product marketing materials.- You frequently utilise data analysis tools such as Tableau and Amplitude to validate product development and launch processes.
* What you did is more important than how long you did it. While this range is an orientation for you to understand what the IC4 level means to us, we still want to hear from you if you think you have what it takes but don't quite meet this number (e.g. 4+ years is more akin to IC3 for us).
