🤝 HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE MORE…by making contracts frictionless and accessible to everyone. Juro has big ambitions: de-throne MS Word and DocuSign as the default way to agree contracts online. And we need help doing it**.**Legal tech on the rise: companies in this space already attracted more than $1 billion in funding this year as the slow-moving industry digitises. With 3x annual revenue growth, we're in a great position to pilot this change.
Product design at Juro up until this point has been led by Ilya, one of our very early employees over the last 4 years. This has delivered a valuable product that solves real problems for thousands of people. But we’re entering a new phase for the company as we scale and need to ensure that as complexity builds, we: 1. Ensure that Juro remains on the forefront of great product design. 2. Coordinate our design team’s energy where it makes the most impact on feature delivery. 3. Build upon exceptional cross-functional work between Product Design, Product Management and Engineering.
👉 Where you come in:To achieve this, as founders we know our limits. We are looking for an exceptional, B2B product design leader who has seen a VC-backed SaaS scale-up journey before.You will work cross-functionally with senior leaders from all functions and become a trusted lieutenant to our incoming VP Product.
🌠 YOUR MISSIONTo deliver excellent levels of user satisfaction in Juro’s product, by:- building a set of product design principles to reflect our human-centric brand, and- developing a world-class team of product designers.
🔭 What you own:- Management of a team of mid- and senior-level product designers. This means:- Overall quality control, ensuring exceptional levels of consistency+quality- Defining our overall product design principles (e.g. in UI kits)- Coordinating the priorities of designers between our product workstreams- Ensure our designers develop over time in line with our career maps
🎓 What you input into:- Product Management, by supporting & sense-checking investigations owned by Product Managers- Engineering, by working with engineering managers to ensure the solutions we deliver reflect our product design principles
