We’re Instant Impact, the in-house recruitment experts. We work in-house as an extension of our clients’ HR function and provide the team, tech, marketing, and expertise that they need to hire the very best talent directly whilst focusing on improving anything from diversity to employer brand.
After 100% headcount growth and 400% client growth in 2021 we are looking to replicate that same success in 2022!
We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager who is excited by the idea of playing a key role for us as a Talent Director and a member of our senior leadership team as we continue our growth.
The Role:
As a Talent Director, you will play a pivotal role in our success as a business. You will be ultimately responsible for the delivery of 4-8 in-house recruitment functions leading teams of Talent Partners and ensuring that each team executes and delivers on their objectives.
You will be responsible for supporting our clients with strategic projects and help to build and run internal recruitment functions to meet each client's needs.
You’ll also be working across partnerships that vary in industry, size, geography, objectives and challenges.
Core Requirements:
Leadership, management & teamwork skills, with a track record of meeting objectives, delivering results and managing recruiters of varying levels.
A natural ability to teach and coach others , having taught people how to recruit, as well as enhanced existing skills through coaching to make them better all-round recruiters.
Exceptional client or senior stakeholder management as well as project management skills.
A client and people focused approach - we pride ourselves on being flexible and agile to the needs of our clients and our team.
Natural and comfortable communication style that you can tailor across your portfolio of clients, key stakeholders and the team.-
Passion for continued improvement whether that’s of the business, your partnerships, your team or yourself.
Strong problem solving skills with an ability to think on your feet and work as part of a team.
A commercial mindset and understanding of the bigger picture
Experience working in a recruitment / talent capacity In-House or within an RPO
Demonstrable experience of a successful career as a recruiter with a love of in-house recruitment and an understanding that, as leaders, we can’t ask anyone to do anything that we wouldn’t be willing to do ourselves.
