Job Summary 

  
We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team and oversee our Marketing Team. This will involve working very closely with our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to develop and implement exciting future marketing strategies to strengthen Instant Impacts' market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.  

This would be the ideal role for an experienced Marketing Specialist who has a genuine passion for all things marketing, and who is able to employ unique marketing techniques and tricks to propel the achievement of our ambitious Growth targets.  

This would also be ideal for someone who is a skilled marketing strategist who can drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. And can think strategically, advise and guide the CGO across all modern marketing mediums.  

In this role, you will be the master of your own destiny, able to shape the department as you see fit and have real control over your own career progression.  
 

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. (Brand Awareness and Engagement) 

  • Design and implement strategies to increase Marketing Qualified Leads to the Sales team.  

  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals 

  • Produce ideas for promotional and client engagement events or activities and organize them efficiently demonstrating return on investment (ROI) 

  • Plan and execute multi-level campaigns for example launching a thought leadership or new product lines. 

  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports tracking impact and ROI 

  • Responsible ensuring a regular cadence of valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications 

  • Conduct research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements 

  • Control budgets and allocate resources to achieve highest return on investment. 

  • Manage third party relationships such as design and creative agencies and total media spend. 

 What do we need from you? 

  • Experience working as a Marketing Manager within a solution sales environment is ideal 

  • Experience with account-based marketing is ideal 

  • Experience launching new services and products 

  • Experience running end to end campaigns from idea to asset creation to execution is a must 

  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively 

  • Budget-management skills and proficiency 

  • Proven ability to use Professional judgment and discretion to achieve timebound outcomes. 

  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges 

  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. 

  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
