We are looking for a Claims Technician here at INSHUR; based in Brighton and working in a hybrid environment. We'd love you to join us in our office at least once a week. A key strategic development is the formation of our own in-house claims department. Our goal is to provide superior customer claims experience whilst delivering market leading incurred claims costs underpinned by strategic partnerships with our suppliers.
Reporting to the Claims Manager, you'll have the opportunity to positively influence the average claims cost within the team whilst utilising your negotiation skills. You will manage your claims portfolio right from initial FNOL through to settlement, dealing with any Accidental Damage and Third Party Damage.

What you'll do:
Supported by a recently developed Case Management System, you will join the Claims team in adopting innovative claims settlement strategies. You will be crucial in ensuring that we embrace relevant technology and supplier support to positively enhance the customer’s claim experience. As a natural team player you will negotiate claim settlements whilst embracing both the values and culture upon which INSHUR was founded.
We don’t have a checklist of skills - our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. So don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience.
