Founded in 2016 to modernise ride-share insurance, we provide insurance protection for the businesses and their workforces, powering the way we all live today, and building a next-generation, data-led insurance platform to power and protect the new economy players in mobility, delivery and transportation.
Here at INSHUR, we provide seamless, smart and data powered insurance protection at every turn. Our technology platform sets a new benchmark for the design, development, and distribution of insurance products and our API first, data-driven, modular architecture enables rapid configuration. Whether front-end distribution, pricing, or policy administration, all can be set up in a matter of hours.
Our 150+ strong team operates from the US, UK and The Netherlands. We recently completed a successful Series B funding to fuel our ambitious growth plans, and enable us to invest in technology, recruit the best people, and bring new insurtech product lines to the market, while keeping INSHUR at the forefront of urban mobility.

Flexible working approach
INSHUR's approach is to design a truly flexible workplace.
With a hybrid-remote model, we don't mind where you work. We have dog friendly offices in Brighton and access to co-working spaces in London, New York, and Amsterdam if you want to have a base to work from. However, we may occasionally ask you to join us on-site (either at co-working spaces or the office) for collaborative work or in-person meetings.
We have a forward-thinking approach to hours – as long as you're available in the right timezone (EST or +/- 2 GMT), and around during core hours, you are free to work in a way that suits you and your team. We offer excellent parental leave, generous holiday and a work from home allowance.
While majority of positions are advertised as full-time, we're are flexible on the specific arrangements and happy to discuss part-time, job-share or other flexible arrangements if required.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
