LOCATION: New York (Minimum 3 Days a week in office)
REPORTS INTO: SVP (This would be a role within the US Management Team only).
DIRECT REPORTS: None on day 1 - this would evolve over time.

What are we looking for?
Reporting to the SVP, The Executive Marketing Director, US would have the ability to bring leadership experience and energy to growing our US business.
We’re looking for a fearless self-starter; who is strategic, self-motivated, extremely collaborative, and incredibly curious about brands, culture, communications, and connections.

In this role, you will build out a new strategy and take charge of its execution, driving the rapid growth of our US business to amplify its momentum. Roles & Responsibilities:
US marketing budget; You will plan and execute, alongside the SVP NA, our US marketing investment.
Fast-tracking the US business growth; As a member of the US Management Team; you are ultimately responsible for building and growing Influencer as a business in the US through strategies, solutions, and recommendations in partnership with your peers.
Building an industry-leading brand reputation (in partnership with the wider business); As the Executive Marketing Director, US - you adapt our positioning, voice, and reputation of the Influencer brand in the US - and own the enablement of this inside the US business to build an army of aligned brand ambassadors.
Delivering strong revenue impact (in partnership with Commercial teams); As the Executive Marketing Director, US you are responsible for multiplying Influencer’s marketing investment and making performance reporting and tracking visible to various stakeholders.
Building a hot talent magnet (in partnership with our People team); As the Executive Marketing Director, US, you are responsible for ensuring our people and our prospective people in the US see Influencer as one of the most appealing places to work.
What does success look like in 90 days in the role:
- Build and sign off on US Marketing Roadmap & Strategy for the next 12 months
Channels: Email, Social (Organic), Paid Social/Digital, PR, Account Based Marketing (ABM), Trade Events and Intermediaries/Lead Gen
Mobilize new positioning across all touchpoints (website, sales tools, etc)
Onboard new Suppliers following a selection process; fitting with US Marketing Roadmap
Ensure positive feedback/sentiment from wider business around collaboration, activity and joint ROI wins
We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience in marketing; strategically shaping a brand, or agency within the media space
We want someone with experience executing brand vision with precision and professionalism
You should have experience building social, email, experiential strategy and execution of this strategy
You should have experience working with CRM processes and systems, e.g. Hubspot.
- You should have experience in high-volume growth (preferably in the B2B space).
If you’re able to show how you’ve driven success through your Company's Paid Media and Webinars - these are positives for us! (We want people to think of Creative ideas around these areas).
You should have an understanding of what it takes to work with an early-stage company.
You should be able to show evidence of success in growing a customer base from the ground up.
Creative & Design should matter deeply to you, and have a strategy and vision for how to execute across our platforms
You have an appetite for new challenges and a constant drive towards improvement
You’re proactive, able to think ahead, and future-proof an organization for high growth and scale
