Your mission:
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our internal IT team, to help and support the day-to-day running of MPG.
Please note: this role is onsite and based in our Nottingham studio.

What you’ll be doing:

• To help with our on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Provide 1st/2nd line support to MPG
• To build all IT equipment to compliance specifications
• To help manage all onsite infrastructure
• Assisting with couriers for pickup / deliveries
• Helping organise IT spaces and office

What we’ll need from you:

• Previous experience with 1st line support within IT
• Experience with Microsoft AD and preferably with Azure AD is highly desirable
• Experience with Google Suite is highly desirable
• Must be able to communicate with people of all levels
• A problem solver - always willing to help with a can do attitude
• Capable of self-organising once given a task
• Thorough and methodical, high quality bar
• Able to operate in a busy, agile environment
• Desire to learn new skills and technologies

What would help:

• Linux experience is highly desirable
• Mac experience is highly desirable
• Scripting experience is highly desirable
