The role

To keep up with Huel’s constant innovation and fast-paced growth in the UK and EU, we are looking for a new Supply Chain Manager to join us to help manage the growing list of current and new manufacturers. This is a new opportunity to help shape and influence how, why, and who we manufacture with and ensure we’re getting great cost, service and quality from reliable suppliers who share and uphold our core values ⭐.

Day to day you'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing our co-manufacturers. You will build face-to-face relationships with a portfolio of new co-pack partners to both support NPD and build capacity on existing products, and ensure that we’re getting great cost, service and quality from reliable suppliers who share and uphold our core values.🏭.

With the support of your team, you’ll plan finished goods production for products made at these new partners, building strong day to day operational relationships to deliver great service to Huel and our customers. You’ll liaise with key internal stakeholders (including Procurement, Materials, Technical, Logistics and Innovation) to ensure we’re delivering the right products to the right place at the right time.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing suppliers in a co-manufacturing environment (preferably in a food or drink-based CPG business). You'll be experienced in line management and have robust numerical & financial modelling and analysis skills to evaluate options and present data-driven recommendations.

You’ll be someone who is extremely organized with excellent attention to detail and has strong communication and relationship-building skills. Flexibility will be key as everyone wears a lot of hats and requirements change all the time here at Huel 🤓!
