The role

Our operations team play a huge role in the success of our customers' experience ensuring we deliver on our promise of never being out of stock 🍛. To help ensure we continue to deliver on our promise, we are looking for a new Supply Chain Executive to join our operations team.

This role will see you help manage the stock of our ingredients in our UK warehouse. You’ll maintain accurate raw material stock levels at our third-party warehouse by understanding how much of each raw material we need and ensuring it’s always in supply 🏬. We’re working with food so the shelf life of materials is super important. You’ll need to make sure that all of the stock in the warehouse is fit for purpose and accurate in the system.

Any non-compliant deliveries or audit queries will need to be resolved, and you’ll be the go-to person for any UK stock queries - this includes supporting our month-end
processes You'll identify and help to resolve raw material shortfalls for production ahead of schedule, taking action if stock is not available 🚩.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with around 1-2 years of experience working in Supply Chain, and someone who is passionate about a career in this space. We need someone who is an excellent communicator. Building strong relationships is crucial to this role as you manage our third-party warehouse, so this would suit someone with excellent people skills, who feels they can negotiate well🤝

It's critical that you are proficient with either excel or google sheets📊. Keeping track of raw material stock levels and where it is needed for production is a SUPER important part in the effectiveness of our supply chain and it forms the basis of a lot of this role.
