The role

Here at Huel we want to build an iconic brand built on the foundations of our mission: To make nutritionally complete, convenient, affordable food, with minimal impact on animals and the environment 🖤.

Following 7 years of strong growth with social at the heart of our brand, we have sold 300 million meals worldwide and recently hit 300,000 followers on Instagram, but we feel like we could do so much more and we now want to bring someone in with a vision to lead us there ✨.

• Strategic Planning & Execution 📝- You’ll lead the development of a refreshed global social media strategy overseeing planning and execution across all owned channels, focused on scaling our views, reach and engagement. Particular focus will be on Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube📽️.
• Creative Briefing and Development 🎨 - Tap into our in-house creative agency to develop highly engaging creative content for the brand all year-round & partner with our performance marking team to ensure a fully joined-up social world
• Look & Feel 🤩- Elevate the look and feel of the Huel social channels to meet the high-quality standards of our brand and help Huel become a badge of honour worldwide
• Collaboration 🤝 - Partner with other marketing teams in the business such as the influencer team, to deliver integrated and powerful campaigns
• Community Management 🌎- Manage and harness the power of our Hueligan community worldwide
• Performance and Data Analysis 📊- Conduct thorough data-led analysis of weekly and monthly performances and report back to the Head of Marketing and monthly into Founder/CMO linking back to business performance metric

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone who has multiple years of experience growing a global social media brand. Perhaps you have worked for an agency and want to make the move in-house? Or maybe you've grown your current brand from 0 - Hero and are now up for a new challenge 🔥!

You'll be someone obsessed with all things social and you'll be experienced in scaling social media platforms (in particular Instagram, TikTok & Youtube) with highly engaging quality creative. Ideally, you'll have worked on a global brand, and you'll be familiar with writing and executing a social strategy.

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to take risks, push boundaries, and bring a little bit of sass to our brand ✨

It's really important that you are also strong on data analysis and are able to make strategic and creative recommendations off the back of these insights 📈

This role can either be based from our HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire or in London at our offices near Borough Market. There will be a requirement to travel to both from time to time.
