The role

Our International Team is expanding, and we're seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive with native Japanese language skills to help us conquer the Japanese market🇯🇵.

This pivotal role in our business involves developing and executing marketing strategies tailored for Japan while providing you with invaluable experience in all functional areas of Huel, including performance marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, finance, and operations🤝. You'll collaborate closely with diverse professionals and learn to build and develop a strong presence in the Japanese market at Huel.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve diving into data, utilizing business intelligence tools such as Thoughtspot and Tableau, to uncover Japan-specific insights, and devising action plans to address challenges or capitalize on opportunities 📊. You'll be instrumental in driving the daily performance of the Japanese market through our website and the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring key metrics like conversion, CPA, and margin are on target. Creativity is a must as you'll team up with our internal creative team and local Japanese agencies to produce compelling copy and visuals for our site and products and brainstorm and flawlessly execute local marketing ideas with the marketing team 🎨💻.

What we're looking for in you

We're excited to welcome applicants of all experience levels to apply for this role, but it is essential that you are a confident Japanese and English language speaker 🇯🇵🇬🇧. Whether you're a recent graduate, a junior-level professional, or a seasoned marketing executive, we believe that having a growth mindset and attitude is the key to success in this position. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

You'll have a solid understanding of digital marketing, including PPC and paid social and a keen eye for copy and visuals that help merchandise our site and products 🎨💻
