The role
Huel has an excellent reputation for the highest standards of customer service - and being able to service our customers all over the world is crucial to our continued success. As part of our growth plans, we’re looking for a Production Planning Executive to join our Operations team & be based in Leipzip, Germany as a finished goods production planner for our Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category who is comfortable in a phenomenally fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
You’ll play a crucial part in the success of Huel and our customers' experience: you’ll be responsible for the forecasting, material availability and production of our RTD products from start to finish, ensuring every day runs as smoothly as possible whilst keeping our stock levels under tight control. Taking ownership of the relationships between Huel and its external manufacturers across Europe (this includes frequent travel✈️), using strong and effective communication skills, you’ll foster and maintain positive relationships with these partners to ensure are targets are hit 🎯.
You’ll make sure the production plans you create to achieve our business requirements are followed, understood and that our high standards are being met by our growing list of manufacturing partners. You'll also constantly be monitoring changing forecasts and planning effectively, using our ERP systems to make sure we can continue to provide our stock to our constantly growing customer base around the globe 🌎!

What we're looking for in you
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly adding value to a quickly growing area of our business. With that in mind, ideally you’ll have around 2 years proven experience in supply chain, preferably in production planning ⚙️.
Hopefully with this experience, you’ll have developed really strong communication skills, where you can relay complex but critical information to different parties throughout our supply chain and really effective relationship management skills to make sure we can get the best out of our partners 🤝.
Alongside these important people skills, we will need you to be really comfortable with numbers and data, to make sure we can effectively plan and coordinate our stock and production at all time to meet our business requirements, so experience with excel, production planning systems and ERP systems is also really important 📊.
