The role

We attribute a large part of our growth down to being found by more and more customers online, through paid search and paid social, and this continues to be a driving force for our business growth 📈.

We’re now looking for a seriously ambitious PPC Executive to join us to help us further grow our world-class marketing team and drive success for Huel. You'll be working across our international markets (Poland, Germany, Japan and Denmark to name a few) taking ownership of multiple paid performance campaigns, and looking after the planning, optimisation, creation and execution of them. We are data-first so you’ll be required to get head-deep in analytics & reporting, help develop creative strategy, and continually A/B test ideas💡.

You'll also contribute to achieving the acquisition, revenue and customer LTV targets across the key markets and ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all Google marketing and communications.

What we're looking for in you

This role is perfect for an Account Executive/Paid Search Executive with hands-on experience of the Google Ads suite, who wishes to diversify their knowledge and develop their skills across all areas of performance marketing 🎓. You'll probably already have around 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience managing multi-market Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns for an agency, ad-tech or high-growth business 💪

You'll come with a passion for us and what you do. Paid search is critical to gaining new customers and growing our brand globally. You’ll need to think like a Hueligan and understand what we want to achieve🏆

Strong analytical skills will be essential and having second-to-none communication skills and attention to detail 🤓
