The role

As a nutrition-first company, we pride ourselves in having qualified experts on hand to speak directly to our Hueligans (customers) about their nutritional needs or queries. To help with this we are now looking for a witty, entertaining and passionate Nutrition Customer Experience Associate to join our Sustainable Nutrition team servicing the US market 🇺🇸 !

First and foremost you’ll be maintaining the Huel ethos of exemplary customer service in providing tailored solutions to all nutrition/dietetic enquiries, and assisting in providing informative replies to the CX team for customers who may have nutrition-related queries 🤓. You'll be supporting the CX nutrition training programme, which includes offering 1-1’s with the CX team, or short ‘refresher style’ sessions on selected nutrition topics 📚.

You'll use your critical analysis skills to summarise academic literature, supporting products or copy creation and collaborate with Huel teams (eg. New Product Development, Marketing, Technical) to ensure that US-specific nutrition products/marketing are within the scope and suitable for the US market 🍅.

What we're looking for in you

Our Customer Experience Nutrition team aren't just a bunch of process-focussed robots 🤖. They genuinely care about our Hueligans and always look to go above and beyond at every opportunity.

To take your honourable place on the team you’ll need to possess a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in nutrition and dietetics with a 3.5 GPA or higher 🎓. You'll also possess or be working towards the Registered Dietitian (RD) or Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR) credential.

You'll be able to confidently demonstrate the ability to extract relevant nutrition information from literature on evidence-based science and have a genuine appreciation of the impact world-class customer service has, and the desire to deliver at an industry-best standard 🥇

💸 A competitive salary range of $60,000 -$70,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience.

⏰ 4 and a half day working week - We finish at 1 pm on a Friday!
