The role

Here at Huel, we pride ourselves on the fact that we are now a Top 10 Sunday Times Fast-track company, selling over 150 million meals in 100 countries. Our Influencer Team plays a vital role in the business, so we are now looking for an Influencer Executive (Huel's go- to on all things influencers) as we’ve seen what our brilliant fans and influencers can do so far for us and we want to scale this FAST 💨

Here is an insight in to your day to day:

• You will be supporting and leading the end-to-end influencer process including, influencer sourcing, influencer negotiations, contract and reporting.
• Tracking and data analysis - Utilise data to help you make decisions, optimise budgets and identify opportunities to help us scale and grow our influencer and affiliate networks 📈
• Working with partners - build strong relationships with agencies and influencers, find the best people and partners to work with and build strong long-term relationships 👫
• Supporting the wider influencer and partnerships teams to drive performance growth and brand presence.
• Supporting new product launches with bespoke influencer gifting and reporting 🎁
• Supporting wider team on increasing gifting roster in main markets to support brand awareness and brand exposure.

The role will ideally be based split between our HQ and our London offices- both include some cute fluffy friends 🐶🐶🐶

What we're looking for in you

The role is best suited to someone with at least 2 years experience working in influencer marketing across multiple social media platforms, ideally with a focus on TikTok 🍒. You will be Huel’s influencer expert, having ideally worked on international markets as well as the UK. You will also be a great communicator, super analytical and have budget management skills and keep track of spend 💷 Relationship building skills are key for the role, you will be the go - to for influencer partnerships, so knowledge of how these relationships work and how to build on them is vital!
