The role

Huel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of CRM to lead our customer relationship management efforts 📧. Reporting directly to our Head of Brand, Ali, our new Head of CRM will be responsible for building and executing strategies to enhance the customer experience, drive revenue, and increase customer retention and loyalty🏆.

Day to day you'll develop and execute a comprehensive Global CRM strategy & roadmap that drives customer retention and loyalty 🖤. You'll be building and leading a global team of CRM specialists to execute campaigns and initiatives that support the wider brand strategy.

You'll be responsible for creating and managing the Huel customer segmentation strategies to ensure that campaigns are targeted to the appropriate customer segments, and you'll develop and maintain a deep understanding of Huel's customer base, including demographics, behaviours, and preferences, and use this information to inform CRM initiatives🛍️.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone who has multiple years of experience working on global CRM campaigns/strategies across both UK and US markets.🌎 You'll have a proven track record of driving customer retention and loyalty, and will have strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams. You'll have the ability to influence & collaborate cross-functionally and will have expertise with CRM technology, including email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer data platforms 📧.
