The role

We put our Hueligans at the heart of everything we do and connecting with them is crucial to our continued success🖤. The way we do this best is through our CRM team, and that's where you could come in! We are seeking a new CRM Executive to join us for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based at our HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire.

As our new CRM Executive, you will be a part of a fast-moving team with ambitious targets💪. You’ll help with Huel’s delivery of content strategy, developing our global BAU programme and getting creative with our marketing campaigns🎨. Plus you'll also have the opportunity to work on projects alongside the wider marketing teams.

Day to day, you’ll be getting creative to deliver innovative global marketing campaigns for all our customer groups, with the aim of improving their Huel experience 📊. You’ll be regularly reporting back on data KPIs and spotting key trends that will help build stronger strategies that are more relevant, targeted and personalised✨. As this will be a Global role, you will need to liaise with translators and content creators too to help deliver creative campaign copy into a growing number of languages.

What we're looking for in you

This role would best suit someone who has around 1 year+ of relevant CRM experience, or has worked within a relevant marketing role 📧. You will have a key eye for design with a sense of what makes a great-looking campaign. If you have experience with Photoshop/After Effects that would be a great plus, but it's not essential 📸.

You will have a technical mindset, being curious about the workings of a global set-up and you will be keen to explore new ways of talking to our customers 🌎. You’ll be someone who likes using your analytical skills to review data and spot key trends and opportunities, but most importantly to keep up with life at Huel you will be someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and of course knows how to have fun too 🥳!
