About you
- You have 5+ years’ experience in the share plans industry, reward, or governance.
- Technical or Company Secretarial background.
- You enjoy working with people, you are articulate, and a great communicator with a confident phone manner. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
- You have a desire to learn and progress.
- Project management experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive by nature, you go above and beyond to serve as a trusted advisor for your customers.
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Nice to have
